Principal's Corner

Welcome to School Year 2023/2024! At South River Elementary School we are looking forward to an exciting year, filled with fun, learning, and personal growth. Our courses have been streamlined to ensure proper presentation of content in the appropriate sequence to ensure that learning occurs in a logical sequence, with greater long-term retention by our students. At the same time we are more closely aligning our practices with the expectations, goals and philosophies found in Social/Emotional Learning. This will result in enhanced communication with our families. These approaches, in conjunction with the most current curriculum put in place will result in anticipated positive growth for our students.
